Kay Krattli grew up on the prairies of North Dakota and the lakes of Minnesota. She earned an undergraduate degree in English from North Dakota State University and a Masters from UCLA, where she was employed as an editor and writer of academic publications. She also successfully taught poetry to middle school kids who swore they had no use for it. She lives with her family in Carmel, California, a supportive environment for writers since the days of Robinson Jeffers. You can reach her using the contact button above.
